Personality: 
Due to the time she was in the orphanage, Vicky is very reserved and usually hides many secrets, even from her friends. She is a very kind person and love to help others. Except when irritated, in that case she wouldn't hesitate to pick a fight. She don't like people meddling in her life or snooping her stuff. She always try to pass the image of being tough. Even being reserved she enjoys to have some company more than anything and when she's feeling lonely like usually goes out to drink, but sometimes she just like being alone, mostly when she wants to read a book. She's a bit cold when she doesn't know the person very well, and she gets embarrassed easily. She is basically a tsundere.

Vicky Valentine used to live in a small and humble house with her mother and dad, but she was separated from her parents during the new year festivities as a child when she was only 6. She is not sure if she was lost or abandoned by them, and this agonizing doubt still disturbs her once in a while until nowadays, though she strongly believe that she was abandoned.

Luckily, a couple found the little Nidoran girl during that night, she was hungry and scared. They took care of her for a couple days as they tried to find her parents, but unfortunately they couldn't find a single clue about who were Vicky's parents. The couple were going through financial problems and they couldn't afford to raise a child, so they decided to bring the little girl to the care of an orphanage, it was a poor establishment that depended on donations.

Even with the lack of money, it was still a good place to live, or at least it should be if wasn't for the constant bullying that she suffered there. Vicky had some problems to adapt and, because of that, the other children decided to make fun of her for being lonely and for acting awkwardly sometimes. The other kids used to call her "Freak", it was a distasteful nickname, and she hated it. Although not all children of the orphanage were rude with her, some of them were kinda nice to her but still not close enough to be called friends.

While she was in the orphanage she loved to read books, and among them her favorites were the tales, and she always locked herself in her room not to be disturbed while reading and since she didn't have friends it was her favorite hobby, spending hours a day reading many kinds of books. She imagined how it would be amazing if her life was like a fairy tale, everything was so magical and thrilling, always with a happy ending. The heroes from the stories she read were gentle and always caring for everyone's safety, that was just inspiring.

Thanks to the bullying that she suffered, Vicky started to try her best to act tough in front of others pokemons so they don't disturb her. She quickly learned to defend herself and to take care of herself too, becoming a quite independent person, but this only made her getting into several troubles for confronting the other children. The other pokemons kinda feared her poisonous spikes but that doesn't mean that she was safe from getting into fights with the other children. One day, after a fight with one of the boys, this guy was mad for having his ass kicked and sneaked into Vicky's room and started to break everything as revenge, destroying her belongings, things that she brought from home, ripping some of her clothes and also her books. Fortunately the chest where she kept some of her precious stuffed plushies wasn't harmed, but even still he crossed the line and the Nidorina knew that she couldn't live there for much longer, having to grow alongside the people that she most hate in the world was just a big pain and she didn't want this life, she didn't want to see their faces, she wanted to escape but she didn't have a place to go.

A few years later, at the age of 20, the Nidorina ended up hearing someone talking about Yarelts Institute of protection, and since she was already old enough she decided that it was time to leave the orphanage, she was really close to being kicked from there anyway. She enlisted in the academy and this was a big change in her life, a good one to be honest. There she managed to make some good friends, and to be a honored and disciplined person.

She can't use her telekinetic powers without her armor on and she has more facility in levitate her weapons than other objects.
